Our Story

My journey began in 1994, shortly after the birth of my son. I twisted steel wire into bookmarkers while he was napping, and sold them in a friend’s North End shop. As fortune would have it, I was picked up by a sales rep who went on to sell my bookmarkers across the country. 200,000 pieces later, I’m still making bookmarkers, lol.

But twisting wire into fantastical shapes left me wanting more. I taught myself how to use a jeweler’s saw and a torch, and I never looked back. Found objects have been my focus since the beginning. Although these often-discarded objects have already lived a life, their potential to be part of something new and beautiful is what drives me forward.
